Restoration- Staining Luxury Lake House

This was a large project. Being on the lake, lake sides took a lot of sun damage. We sanded the old stain off a large majority of the lake sides to ensure our 2 coats of finish stain would be immaculate. We used benjamin moore stain on the body and trim. For the Timber we used a clear satin sealant to give it its shine back. For the railings we used the same product on the timbers but with a tint. The garage doors also received a tinted sealant to give it shine and life again. This was a tedious project but the results speak for themselves.
